Feeling thirsty and benevolent? Join up with Loft + Bear Artisanal Vodka for Cocktails for a Cause: a charitable program benefiting the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) being put on by Pop Up For Charity at Lost Property Bar with an intimate live performance by Chloe Temtchine.

Jeremy Lake is an award-winning mixologist and proprietor of Lost Property Bar. Lake and his spirituous concoctions have been featured in several multimedia outlets including Tasting Panel Magazine, LAMagazine.com, Forbes.com and ABC’s The Glass House. He’s been involved with renowned LA-based bar programs including Playa, Sotto, Test Kitchen (1 & 2), SoHo House, Hollywood and James Beard nominated Rivera Restaurant. Jeremy Lake currently serves as the Bar Program Director for Crossroads Kitchen located in Los Angeles and as a consultant for Ascendant Spirits Inc distillery.

YouTube Sensation, Award Winning Singer/Songwriter, recipient of the PHA Inaugural 2014 Chloe Temtchine Be Brave Award, & the Tom Lantos Innovation in Community Service Award, and a passionate advocate of the Pulmonary Hypertension Research and Diagnosis Act of 2014, New York City based, Ms. Temtchine is fiercely committed to raising awareness about Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) via entertainment.

ABOUT THE PHA

The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) is the largest and oldest PH association in the world. PHA is a community-based nonprofit that relies on donations to fund its many programs, including the nation’s largest PH patient and caregiver support group network, lifesaving early diagnosis awareness and education programs, specialty care resources, and research to find ways to prevent and cure PH.
